Windows 10 upgrade prompts affecting weather in Iowa

No, not really. But one of those annoying messages did pop up on the screen in the middle of a live weather forecast by KCCI 8 News Meteorologist Metinka Slater. To her credit, Slater laughed off the incident, which is probably not how I would have reacted.

Jeff Rivett has worked with and written about computers since the early 1980s. His first computer was an Apple II+, built by his father and heavily customized.
